CASE: Mandarin Oriental Marrakech — The Essence of Outdoor Elegance
To enhance guest flow and elevate outdoor usability, Mandarin Oriental Marrakech partnered with Organic-Concept to transform a key central zone — connecting the pool, garden lounge and restaurant — into a refined, multifunctional space.
Strategically positioned at the heart of the resort it creates a 40 % increase in usable outdoor capacity enabling outdoor bites & drinks, private gatherings and shaded guest experiences year-round.
Engineered for permanent presence yet flexible use, the setup can be reconfigured within hours to adapt to operational needs.
The Sand-toned stretch 2ply fabric integrated lighting and concealed anchoring ensure visual harmony with the resort’s architecture and desert palette — merging elegance, precision & lasting performance.

CASE: Organic Tenthouses for Discovery Land Company – Dubai, UAE
For their most recent development project in Dubai, the US-based Discovery Land Company partnered with Organic-Concept to create a fully insulated Tenthouse serving as a refined Golf Club House. Equipped with double-glazed Saint-Gobain glass, fully insulated walls and integrated AC systems, the structure ensures year-round comfort and embodies a high level of craftsmanship and architectural precision.
A second Tenthouse structure was added next to the Golf Club House as a massage and spa suite, extending the same standard of elegance and wellbeing across the resort environment.
Case: Maslina Resort – Hvar Island, Croatia
Where authenticity, wellness and nature come together.
Located on Hvar Island in Croatia, Maslina Resort is known for its philosophy of mindful luxury and harmony with nature. To complement this unique setting, we installed a 10×30m Organic Stretch Tent (color ‘Chino’) creating a versatile outdoor space for events with an organic look & feel that blends seamlessly into the pine forests and Adriatic views.
The tent is elevated with a custom-made wooden floor, echoing the resort’s use of natural and sustainable materials. Built as a modular system, it is easy to assemble, dismantle and store—making it both elegant and practical for weddings, retreats and exclusive gatherings.
